By accessing or using our website and/or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services.
1. Services
1.1 We provide disability support services, allied health and care coordination supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and other arrangements. (visiononcare.com.au)
1.2 All services we provide will be subject to a separate Service Agreement (or Support Agreement) between us and you (or your authorised representative).
1.3 We reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate any service at our discretion (subject to any applicable law, NDIS terms and service agreement).
2. Website Use
2.1 The content on this website is provided for general information only and does not amount to professional advice. You should seek specific advice tailored to your situation.
2.2 You must not use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
3. User Accounts / Registration (if applicable)
3.1 If you create an account on our website (to access certain services), you must ensure that your login credentials are kept secure and you are responsible for all activity under your account.
3.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Fees for services will be as set out in your Service Agreement. For NDIS-funded services we will charge in accordance with the NDIS Price Guide and relevant pricing arrangements. (visiononcare.com.au)
4.2 You are responsible for making payment of all fees as set out in the agreement. We may charge interest or late fees for overdue accounts.
4.3 We reserve the right to vary fees, subject to providing you reasonable notice (and in accordance with any service agreement and applicable law).
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation terms will be as set out in your Service Agreement. If no specific term is set, cancellation must be communicated in writing and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
5.2 Refunds (if any) will be handled in accordance with the service agreement. If services have been delivered, no refund will ordinarily apply except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, images, software) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 You may view, download or print content from the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage or cost arising out of your use of the website or services (including indirect or consequential loss).
7.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, or any other liability which cannot by law be excluded.

9.1 We may terminate or suspend your access to the website or our services immediately if you breach these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion.
9.2 Upon termination, you must cease using the website content, and your obligations (e.g., payment of fees) which by their nature survive termination shall continue.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
